Policies:
Single Class Recital Fee & Extra Costumes (Monthly Payments)
Base Monthly Recital Fee (Oct – Mar, 6 months):
- Preschool & Traveling: $30/month - $180 Total
- Leveled Classes: $33.33/month - $200 Total
- Extra Costumes Preschool $80 and Leveled $95
- Participation cannot be guaranteed after December 2025. We will always try but costumes are never guaranteed if you are joining in late.
- Late participants must pay the full amount upfront. Financing is only available for those starting in October. (January start classes excluded)
- Any class changes after January 5, 2026 will incur a $25 processing, shipping, and return fee if costumes have already been ordered.
- Costume availability is not guaranteed for additional classes, and changes may not be possible.
Recital Fees include:
- 1 Costume per dancer
- 1 Trophy per dancer
- Recital T-shirt (NEW)
What else is covered:
- Venue rental
- Supplies
- Staffing costs for dress rehearsals and recitals
- Decorations and all things needed to make the day a special day for all!
- A 6-month financing period (October – March) is automatically applied to all families.
- Drop Week: September 22–26, 2025 - You tell us yes or no for the recital this week! No obligation, but please let us know. If we do not hear from you we will assume you are a yes!
- No refunds or credits will be issued for recital fees or related costs.
- Exceptions for statement credits are case-by-case only and will be decided by the studio owner.
- This policy includes inclement weather, government shutdowns, changes to recital format or venue, schedule adjustments, or personal preferences.
- Dancers will still receive their costumes and trophy regardless of whether they participate or not.
- Tickets are not included in recital fees.
- Dancers in multiple shows receive 2 complimentary tickets for each additional show they are in.
- Costumes are sized according to the costume company's guidelines.
- Light sewing or safety pins may be needed to get a perfect fit.
- For extensive alterations, families are responsible for costs; we can recommend a local tailor.

No Recital Discounts: Fees and costumes are non-discountable.
