Dress Rehearsal & Photo Days
When:
Tuesday, May 27 – Thursday, May 29

Dance Moves of Charleston - James Island Location
349 Folly Road, Main Front Building

Photo Information:
Professional Photos will be taken during your scheduled Dress Rehearsal by Tumbleston Photography. Please check your email for specific details on how to view and place your photo order.
Recital Day
When:
Saturday, May 31st– Shows A-D
Sunday, June 1st– Shows E-G
Where:
James Island High School, 1000 Ft. Johnson Road

Personal recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
Recital Fees & Policies
Recital Fee by Class Type:
- $160 for Traveling Program & Preschool (PINK leotard) classes
- $180 for Level I–V classes (Light blue, burgundy, or black leotards)
These fees include 1 costume, 1 trophy, and help cover theater rental and staffing for dress rehearsal week and recital day.
Recital participation is guaranteed only if the fee is paid by December 20, 2024.
No recital responses accepted after January 15, 2025. Discounts do not apply to recital fees.
Multi-class dancers pay:
- One Single Class Recital Fee
- + Additional Costume Fees for each extra class
Additional Costume Fees:
- $75 per costume for Preschool (PINK) classes
- $95 per costume for Level I–V classes
All additional costume fees are due by December 20, 2024, with an option to finance in 3 payments or pay in full.
Families may finance recital fees in 3 automatic payments:
- Due Dates: October 15, November 15, and December 15
- If confirmed after October 15: Two equal payments due November 15 and December 15
Traveling families follow a different timeline.
Payment Deadlines:
- Preschool/Traveling: $160 | Level I–V: $180 (Due 12/20/24)
- Late Fee: $20 for forms submitted after 12/20/24
- Final Deadline: All fees must be paid by 12/20/24
Participation: Cannot be guaranteed after December 20, 2024
Class Changes: $20 fee applies for changes after 12/20/24 if costumes must be exchanged. No costume guarantees.

- Partial coverage of venue, supply, and staff costs

Financing Notes:
- Studio Plan: October 15, November 15, December 15
- After October 15: Only 2 payments available
- All fees must be paid by 12/20/24 for costumes to be ordered
