On Saturday, May 31, 2025 and June 1, 2025, be prepared to witness the extraordinary as our talented dancers take the stage for a magical day at our community performance destination – James Island High School
Mark your calendars. The excitement begins prior to our big show day for Dress Rehearsals from Tuesday, May 27 to Thursday, May 29, at our James Island Studio (349 Folly Rd). Our studio will transform into a vibrant hub for both dress rehearsals and capturing the magic of recital photos with Tumbleston Photography.
Specific Recital show times and Dress Rehearsal days and times will be announced in Spring 2025.

Single Class Recital Fees vary by class type:
$160 Recital Fee for dancers enrolled in TRAVELING PROGRAM classes and PRESCHOOL classes at the studio
Preschool classes at the studio includes all dancers that wear PINK to class.
$180 Recital Fee for dancers enrolled in Level I through Level V classes at the studio.
Leveled dancers include our Light blue, burgundy, and black leotard dancers.
The Single Class Recital Fees listed above are for dancers participating in the recital with ONE class.
Each dancer's Single Class Recital Fee includes 1 costume, 1 trophy and also helps cover theater rental and staffing costs for the dress rehearsal week and recital show day.
Each individual dancer wishing to participate in the 2025 Recital must pay their Single Class Recital Fee by December 20, 2024.
We can ONLY guarantee recital participation for dancers that confirm their participation AND pay recital fees by December 20, 2024. Click the link above for Recital Participation & Fees Form and complete it NOW!
After January 15, 2025 no recital responses will be collected. We are unable to guarantee recital participation for any dancer that has not fully paid their recital fees by December 20, 2024.
Discounts do not apply to any recital fees.

Individual dancers who take two or more classes per week AND wish to participate in the recital with two or more classes are considered "MULTI-CLASS DANCERS."
Multi-class dancers pay ONE Single Class Recital Fee PLUS any Additional Costume Fee(s) for their additional classes.
Additional Costume Fees must be paid no later than December 20, 2024. You can finance in 3 easy payments or pay in full.
Additional Costume Fees vary by class type:
$75 per additional costume for dancers enrolled in any of the preschool "PINK" classes.
$95 per additional costume for dancers enrolled in Level I through Level V classes.

This year, we are offering families the option to finance their recital fees in three easy payments, due on October 15, November 15, and December 15. Your total fees will be divided into three equal payments, which will be automatically processed. To take advantage of this option, be sure to select it when completing your form. If you confirm after October 15, your fees will be paid in 2 equal payments on November 15 and December 15. Traveling families have a different timeline.

Payment Deadlines
Single Class Recital Fee: Varies based on class type and payment date. Must be paid by December 20, 2024. Preschool and Traveling fees are $160, and Leveled Class fees are $180.
Late Submission Fee: An additional $20 applies to dancers who submit the Recital Participation & Fee Form after December 20, 2024. Traveling Families will have until January 15, 2025, before the extra charge will be added.
Final Payment Deadline: All fees, including those for additional costumes, must be paid by December 20, 2024. No financing options are available after November. All fees must be paid in full.
Recital Participation: Participation cannot be guaranteed after December 20, 2024
Class Changes: Any class changes after December 20, 2024, will incur a $20 fee if costumes have been ordered and need to be exchanged. There are no guarantees that costumes for the additional class will be available.

Financing Options
3-Payment Plan (Studio): Available for those who choose it on the participation form. Fees are due on October 15, November 15, and December 15. All fees must be paid by December 20, 2024. Please note that no costumes will be ordered if fees are not paid in full by this date. For those opting to finance in November, two equal payments are due on November 15 and December 15. Payments made in December must be paid in full by December 20.
3-Payment Plan (Traveling): This plan is available for those who choose it on the participation form. Fees are due on November 15, December 15, and January 15. All fees must be paid by January 15, 2024. Please note that no costumes will be ordered if fees are not paid in full by this date.
Refund & Credit Policy
No Refunds or Credits: All recital-related fees are nonrefundable as of December 20, 2024. This policy includes situations such as inclement weather, government shutdowns, changes to the recital format or venue, schedule changes, family preferences, or any other plan changes. Dancers will still receive their costume and award.
Tickets
Recital tickets are not included in the recital fees—more information to come.
If your child is in more than one show, you will receive two complimentary tickets to the second show.
Costume Sizing & Alterations
Costume Sizing: Costumes will be sized based on the measurement guidelines set forth by the costume company. Light sewing or using safety pins may be necessary. Alterations: If you feel your costume needs alterations beyond light sewing or pinning, we are happy to suggest a local tailor. Alteration costs are at the expense of the dancer.
Important Notes
Costume Order Policy: A costume will not be ordered for any dancer who has not paid their recital fee. Dancers without costumes will not be able to participate in the recital.
No Recital Discounts: There are no discounts available for recital fees or costumes.

Information on how to purchase tickets for your dancer’s recital show(s) will be emailed to families in the Spring semester. Tickets are separate from the recital fees. We will be offering pre-order tickets at a discount, so make sure you read your emails to take advantage of this offer along with other fundles.
